Daily Kos Radio is LIVE at 9 AM ET!

OK. It’s Friday. Time to get ready for another wild weekend.

It’s Memorial Day weekend, in fact. And the weather in the DC area is looking a little sketchy. And Bedminster, NJ isn’t looking much better. Can you imagine denying Dotard J. Trump his golfing fix for two weekends in a row? When he’s already this wound up? And over a long, holiday weekend, at that?

Well, you’re gonna have to try. Because I’m gonna make you!

Listen right here at 9:00 AM ET!

PODCAST LISTENERS: There’s a new podcast platform in town, and the big news is: this one pays! RadioPublic pays podcast producers on a CPM basis, for listens on their native app (available for iPhones & Androids), financed by pre- and post-roll ads they insert. Not a bad way to support the show, with somebody else’s money!

So if you’re a podcast listener, please consider downloading the RadioPublic app on your Android or iOS phone. Yes, you can still download directly from their site, or listen to the player embedded here at Daily Kos. But it’s listens in their app that count toward payment.

Nothing changes on our end. It’s still Greg Dworkin, Joan McCarter, and even Armando. Plus also, me. And you! As always, we still want your voice on the air with us. Sit down with your smart phone or other electronic recording device and send us your stories and commentary to share with the audience. There’s no easier way to try your hand at podcasting, without all the hassle!

Of course there’s no substitute for having your support via Patreon, or one-time contributions via Square Cash. (And hey, if you want a cool trick for donating sorta-kinda cost free, get their cash.me app and use this share code to get $5 in your account (plus $5 in mine) when you send your first $5 (to anyone)!

For now, how about one on the house? Here’s what we did last time out, on our LIVE show:

David Waldman, initially distraught over the reported mistreatment of Tomi Lahren, soon pulled himself together and produced a Thursday KITM for your enjoyment and edification: But first, reboot your router now. Right now. There, now don’t you feel a little less ру́сский?  If you still find yourself seeing the Deep State or appreciating Dear Leader art, try again. Greg Dworkin helps round-up today’s latest: Questions surface, mysteries linger, but what’s important is what voters want, and they want answers. Donald Trump is a 24/7 corruption/scandal machine, and now that the NFL is America first again will concentrate solely on burning everything down. That means no more time to follow in Dennis Rodman’s footsteps. Ultimately, it is only the commemorative coins that mattered. Jeff Flake is horrified and is determined to do absolutely nothing humanly possible to stem this threat to democracy and civilization. This leadership vacuum extends to congress, although Paul Ryan has sucked a bit longer in government. Republicans started burning it all down a while ago. #notallmedia are chumps, but the ones that fall for bad faith are ruining journalism, which is exactly what Donald Trump is aiming for. The New York Times rests easy now that Jared Kushner got his security clearance. Maybe someone else will look into how he got the security clearance.

(Thanks to Scott Anderson for the show summary! Please help me pay him more!)
